Later, he was transferred to London (December 1971), the United Kingdom to head up the European operation. Neil then started up his Consulting Business in October 1975 – Moneypower International. Then, in October 2018, an extraordinary thing happened! He discovered that he had a special talent for Spread-Betting Crude Oil. He started with a capital sum of $38,673 and turned it into $1,129,030 in fourteen weeks with a success rate of 92.6% of his Trades being profitable and only 7.4% resulting in losses, by number of Trades. By monetary value, his success rate was 94.3% with losses of 5.7% - all done with leverage of 1:25.

Adam de Looze

His main responsibilities included qualifying, organising, and running face-to-face client consultations. He demonstrated strong industry expertise and an analytical mindset through the collection and analysis of client golf swing data, providing data-driven advice for maximising performance. Specialist and trusted advisor across multiple market sectors with proven results in converting sales, repeat business, and customer satisfaction. Before then, Adam worked for a steel wire engineering company where his responsibilities were quality control through superior maintenance checks and to develop a stock control production schedule.
This included management and communications with co-workers for the timely delivery of orders. Assisting with coordination of high-value sales requiring full knowledge about product costs, source materials, and manufacturing to ensure maximum yield. Adam gained valuable experience with Rolls Royce in testing equipment by developing key analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. He worked closely with TRW conducting tests on the Trent XWB-97K EEC to meet regulatory standards as well as verification software testing of the Trent 1000-10 aerospace engine at night. Today, Adam is Bretcrown’s expert in US Tech and UK Tech products and has a success rate exceeding 85% of his trades being profitable.
Dal previously was Senior Account Manager - FX Trader for Smart Currency Exchange for the most recent three years. He worked with HNW clients (database of 3,000); Achieving individual revenue of £1.2million Year on Year; Proactively managing key accounts within Smart Currency; Liaising with international stakeholders, developers, surveyors, solicitors, and contracts regarding properties; Having an intensive understanding of markets, whilst Analyzing and monitoring drivers of FX; Understanding clients risk approach, and identifying appropriate products i.e. forward contract, limit/stop orders to minimize FX exposure; Maintaining a high level of service, and upholding company integrity whilst meeting company objectives. Dal was involved with key projects for growth and success. He met and exceeded individual targets about assets under management and revenue generation.
Dal developed an understanding of client/company fx risk whilst identifying new opportunities. At all times maintained the necessary FCA and Company regulatory requirements. Previously for three years, Dal was employed by TTT Moneycorp as an FX Trader. Keagan is a self-motivated, outgoing, broad-minded, and free-spirited team player with an inherent ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of society.

Keagan is a gifted Trader that produces extraordinary results. Indeed, he was the first trader to be taught Bretcrown’s new ‘outside the box strategies and has proved that he not only understands them but has expeditiously acquired the know-how to apply them correctly.
Keagan joined at the very beginning in July 2019 and has since mastered and perfected the trading strategies that produce outstanding results. Mandione Laye Thiaw
Mandione Laye Thiaw is a technical day-trader and brings 23 years of trading experience in FX, Futures & Equities. He graduated from the University of Cologne in Economics.
He is multi-lingual in German, French, English & Arabic.
Mandione is skilled in all aspects of trading with Ninjatrader 7 and is also an expert in Microsoft Office.
Before joining Bretcrown Trading international Ltd, Mandiolne was a Technical Daytrader Officer at Banx GmbH, an IB called banxbroker.com based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Previously he worked for a multi-family-office - Invest AG in Cologne, where he was responsible for family-office mandates as well as client reporting.
Before that, he was in charge of the asset management and custodian work at a Cologne-based investment manager and supported its growth significantly. Mandiolne completed his training as a banking professional.
Mandione has the unique ability to be capable of absorbing new trading concepts – a rare quality for an experienced trader. This is why he has been welcomed by our Founder.
Specialist Trader & Algorithm Programmer
Valentin is very flexible when comes to learning new trading strategies. With two profitable years on the personal trading account, he monitored and implemented strategies to provide opportunities for improving profits. He learned following six years of practice how to develop a strong mindset and discipline in trading. Valentin is experienced in trading Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium over medium-long terms and has special knowledge and understanding over Forex markets implementation of effective money management and market analysis using COT reports, market analysis for 28 pairs in the Currency Exchange Market. Valentin deploys back-testing software to test all strategies.
Valentin has experience with simulation software and developing strategies with an ROI between 13.9% ‑ 35.1% per year for the last two years. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Spot Forex, Swaps, Forwards, Options, and regulatory environment. He has traded Forex from 2016, and Precious Metals from 2017 - just before the start of the Gold Run. As for Crude Oil, Valentin is well versed with the COT reports and the market movements, it is an area where he has been expanding his horizons. Valentin has particular expertise in Derivatives, Investments, UK Financial Regulations and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments UK with a Level 3 Award in Securities and Investment.

He has a Certificate in CISI (The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) UK Financial Regulation. Valentine is experienced in working with Algorithms and creating trading strategies. He has an exceptional understanding of Commodities, Forex, and Derivatives, preparing for IOC (level 3) last exam with CISI. He passed the Securities and Investment plus the UK Financial Regulation exams and is now focusing in more depth on Derivatives. Valentin is a linguist with fluency in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. This is what he brings to Bretcrown Trading International Ltd.
Chief Financial Officer
Paresh has 25 years of experience in both the retail and service industry, in the capacities of a bookkeeper, financial accountant, company accountant, sales manager, company director, and IT network engineer.
His duties included coordination with finance group for economic analyses, review of costs including annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, supervision of the preparation of internal financial summaries & reports, and other ad-hoc duties, including the reconciliation of trial balances as well as preparing and reporting of income statements and the financial position, updating the company budget and cash flow forecast.
His responsibilities covered the management of transactions, portfolios, strategic space, internal stakeholders, leases, vendors, and preparation of business cases.
Paresh built positive relationships with key external partners, from sourcing to other third-party professionals.
Of worthy mention, Paresh worked for the Founder’s consulting company in the late ’80s and early ’90s. When he approached Bretcrown in its early months, our Founder welcomed the opportunity to bring Paresh into the company. Our Founder says that amongst Paresh’s attributes are his absolute honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, dependability, and hard work ethic – all of the qualities that he demands from every Team Member.
